The Human Capital Management module contains many processes that can be supported by Workflow. The best examples are various self-service scenario’s that may be triggered by an employee, a manager or ‘on behalf of employee/manager’ by a HR-Administrator or HR-Advisor. During my career I have built multiple workflow scenario’s for the following processes:
– HCM Processes & Forms (Generic Forms via Adobe or FPM/Webdynpro)
– Leave Request approval
– Expense Claims approval
